Disorderly Conduct
Disorderly conduct is a broad term used by law enforcement and can include fighting with another, unreasonable noise, abusing or threatening a person, making an offensive gesture, using abusive language, and displaying a weapon or discharging a firearm.
Punishment for disorderly conduct can include a find, probation, community service, counseling and even jail time. If you are charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, it is important to avoid a conviction. A conviction will go on your permanent record and can affect current and future employment opportunities.
Fortunately, in most cases, we can keep the charges from appearing as convictions on your record. We will handle your disorderly conduct charge in court and fight to minimize your penalties and keep your record clean.
